The California Statewide Transition Plan for Home & Community Based Service-Final Rule has entered the Validation / Remediation Phase. Per the Survey completed by your agency in 2020, it was reported that your agency was out of compliance with 1 or more of the federal regulations. 

Remediation - means that during the SAS your agency reported being out of compliance with the 1 or more of the Federal Regulations. At this point, the state is now asking you to submit a plan that you will implement with your program to get into compliance by March 17, 2023. If you feel you are now in compliance with the federal regulations that previously you reported to being partially met or not in compliance, can indicate that on the form and submit documentation.
