Home & Community Based Services - Final Rule (HCBS-FR) Grant funding applications are typically offered in the Fall and awarded the first part of Spring. These funds are designed to support providers in transition from their current ways of providing services - to Person-Centered Services. HCBS - FR key elements is Community Integration, Individual Rights, Choice, and Collaboration. Grant Funding has been approved for Fiscal Year 2023. More information to be posted.
